 How do I reserve a room?
Our reservation process is very simple. Fill in the reservation form with the check in and check out dates and number of guests to accommodate. Introduce your credit card details and submit your reservation; you will then receive a confirmation e-mail with full details of your reservation.
 Is it safe to use my credit card via internet?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To guarantee the security of your credit card details, we have a secure server that uses SSL secure protocol. This system encrypts your credit card number, with an encryption system impossible to decrypt by third parties.
 Can I send my credit card details any other way?
Yes. You can send your credit card details by fax: +34 828.08.33.33. After receiving your credit card information, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with full details of your reservation.
 What credit cards are accepted?
We accept payment by Visa, 4B, Mastercard and Servired.
 My credit card number is correct, but NetReservas is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
Your card type is not accepted.
You have reached your credit limit.
 What happens when I make a reservation?
After completing the reservation process you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your code and full details of your reservation.
 How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
With the confirmation e-mail, you will get a code that identifies your reservation, and enables you to check the status of your reservation.
  I need a quick confirmation. What can I do?
The quickest way to get your confirmation is by sending your credit card details using the on-line form. After checking your credit card details, the reservation will be accepted. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your reservation. The full process may take 10 minutes.
 Can I amend my reservation? Are there any amendment fees?
Yes, you can amend your reservation. Just click on amend reservation on NetReservas main page, then introduce your reservation code, and modify your reservation. If your reservation is amended shortly before your specified arrival, an amendment fee could be charged.
 Can I specify my room location or bedding preferences?
On the last step of the reservation process, a section called "Comments" will appear on the Reservation Form to insert your requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests and you will be informed on the premises. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.
 Is the room rate per person or per night
Rates are quoted on nightly bases and subject to taxes, unless otherwise specified.
 Do I need any special document to enter the Canary Islands?
The Canary Islands belong to European Union, so any EU citizen can use identity document. Non EU citizens will need their passport.
  Will the hotel ask me for some special ID?
The hotel will just ask you for some ID. It is advisable to carry a copy of your reservation code and confirmation.
 Does my reservation include transfer service to the hotel?
No, your reservation doesn't include transfer service, though if you wish we can provide you with links or phone numbers of companies offering this service.
  What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1.- High Season: Easter week, from 27th July to 31st August, and from 18th December to 7th January:
No charge for cancellations made at least 20 days prior to arrival.
One night will be charged for cancellations made between 20 days and 48h prior to arrival.
Two nights will be charged for cancellations made less than 48h prior to arrival or if failing to check in on specified date.

2.- Low Season: Rest of the year
No charge for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
One night will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or if failing to check in on specified date.
 Can I cancel a reservation? Is there a cancellation fees?
Yes. Use the "Cancel reservation" link provided on NetReservas homepage. If your reservation is cancelled shortly before your arrival date, a cancellation fee could be charged.
 What do you do with my personal information?
